Riley

Well, we are officially a family of 5. Riley Lane arrived on Monday around 2:00 pm. He weighed in at 8lbs 3 oz and has the smallest head of all of them, (which made for a quick and easy delivery!) so he seems really tiny compared to the monstrosity on top of Micah's neck! He is a sweet and snuggly baby so far and the kids are enamored with him. Katie has been so good about holding him for me and keeping the pacifier in his mouth, which is very helpful since he doesn't like to be put down. As my friend Heather said, finally her talent for sitting around is paying off! Micah likes his "brudder" alright but is not thrilled to have been displaced as the most needy kid! He is requiring some extra attention and constant supervision if the baby is around since his love is more along the lines of tough love.
